Vibrating wire rebar stress gauges are suitable for monitoring stress changes in rebar or bolts in concrete or other structures. With high precision, high sensitivity, excellent waterproof performance and long-term stability . A built-in temperature sensor monitors the ambient temperature at the installation location. The special anti-interference four-core shielded cable is used to transmit the frequency and temperature resistance signals, and the measured value is not affected by the cable length. The two ends of the instrument can be welded between the steel bars to be tested, or processed into threaded joints according to the size provided by the user, which is convenient for on-site installation.

This product is widely used in stress monitoring of steel bars and bolts in tunnels, foundation pits, buildings, pile foundations and other structures.

working principle:

When the stress of the steel bar inside the measured structure changes , the steel bar gauge will be stretched or compressed , and the steel sleeve will be deformed synchronously . The electromagnetic coil excites the vibrating wire and measures its vibration frequency . The frequency signal is transmitted to the reading device through the observation cable , and the stress on the steel bars in the measured structure can be measured. Simultaneously measure the temperature value of the buried point.
